Michelle received her Bachelor of Science Kinesiology with Honours at York University and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She has her certification in Neuro Developmental Treatment and is Bobath Concept certified.
Michelle provides functional, meaningful and goal oriented treatment which aims to improve her clients’ functional independence and quality of life. She strives to treat each client as a ‘whole,’ recognizing him/her as both an individual and as a part of a family and community. Michelle encourages her clients to live an active, healthy lifestyle. Stephanie has a particular interest in working with neurological populations, following her placement experiences at University Health Network’s Lyndhurst Centre and Sunnybrook’s St John’s Rehab where she worked closely with patients with spinal cord injuries and stroke, respectively.
